Nineteen MMS students have been participating in an after school community service project. We are making fleece blankets and donating them to Project Linus. Project Linus is a volunteer non-profit organization that provides a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need through gifts of new, handmade blankets. The volunteers are called "blanketeers". For more information about this organization, you can go to www.projectlinus.org.
